Application Procedures

With the help of the Sachs Foundation, the Northern California Community Loan Fund supports the Center for Employment Training and its facilities.

The Foundation reviews PRI and grant proposals from 501c3 tax-exempt charitable organizations and institutions that meet the Foundation’s established guidelines and provide the information set forth below. Applicants are encouraged to call the Foundation to informally discuss their programs and financial needs prior to submitting a written application for a PRI or grant. There are no application deadlines and proposals may be submitted at any time. Receipt of all applications will be acknowledged in writing. Applications are promptly reviewed as received, typically within 30 days.

Once the applicant has determined that its funding request falls within the Foundation’s established guidelines, it may submit a proposal/application for either a PRI or grant. Applications must include all of the components listed on the Application Check List. Applications will not be reviewed unless they are complete when submitted. All applications must be accompanied by a completed Proposal Submission Form.
